Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for support on Monday afternoons/evenings to help with after school transitions, homework, dinner, and evening activities. Hours would be 3 pm- 8 p.m. on Mondays. I have two energetic boys who come from hard places. I prefer someone who is passionate about trauma informed care. My ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with kids and understands that behavior is communication. I value a calm, supportive presence who can provide structure while helping develop confidence, independence, and emotional regulation. This position is less babysitting and more coaching, connection, and skill-building for my two boys, ages 10 and 12.
