House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

Hi, Our family is looking for a wonderful housekeeper/nanny to tidy the house, clean the kitchen, do and fold laundry, change sheets once a week, chop vegetables and run errands (occasionally). Ideally it would be great to also have help picking up the kids in the afternoon. Looking for someone who speaks English, takes initiative and is willing to help with organization as well. We are a kind and happy family with four girls ages 7, 12, 15, and 18 (out of the house).
