Job Title: Distribution Production Associate
Location: Salem, OR
Schedule: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $18.60-$19.10/hour

Job Responsibilities 

• The Distribution Coordinator supports daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring accurate receiving, order fulfillment, and shipment of product. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to keep operations running efficiently while maintaining safety, food safety, and inventory accuracy. 
  
  Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including reviewing bills of lading 

• Assign and support warehouse staff with daily tasks 

• Load/unload trucks; pick, sort, and stage product as needed 

• Verify order accuracy and manage damaged merchandise reclamation 

• Maintain accurate records for inventory, timekeeping, and safety 

• Communicate daily with Customer Service, Sales, Transportation, and leadership 

• Support productivity tracking and basic operational reporting 

Qualifications 

• High School diploma or GED required 
• 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience 
• ​​​​​​​Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail 
• ​​​​​​​Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
