Inspect and verify all incoming food and supply deliveries for accuracy, quality, and compliance with sanitation standards. Organize and process invoices, requisitions, and bulk orders efficiently to support timely distribution across departments. Stock and rotate inventory in coolers, freezers, and storerooms using FIFO methods to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Maintain cleanliness all storage areas through daily sweeping, mopping, and sanitation checks. Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to report spoilage, discrepancies, or equipment issues promptly. Other duties as assigned. Transports food items to various locations as needed. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** • Must have basic math skills. Able to communicate in English. [Required] • Must have computer competency skills for email and online ordering. [Required] • Good organizational skills [Required] **Education:** • High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred] **Field of Study:** • or equivalent **Work Experience:** • 1+ food service experience. [Required] • Culinary training and experience [Preferred] • Experience with online ordering software in the foodservice industry.
