All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family:** + Benefits from Day One: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance + Paid Time Off from Day One + 403-B Retirement Plan + 4 Weeks 100% Paid Parental Leave + Career Development + Whole Person Well-being Resources + Mental Health Resources and Support + Pet Benefits **Schedule:** Full time **Shift:** Day (United States of America) **Address:** 4200 SUN N LAKE BLVD **City:** SEBRING **State:** Florida **Postal Code:** 33872 **Job Description:** + Oversees the system for identification and analysis of loss or injury exposure in conjunction with the Risk Management team. + Maintains both mandatory and voluntary incident reporting systems to identify and evaluate unit-specific risk issues. + Provides analysis on areas of risk throughout the enterprise to identify, evaluate, eliminate, or reduce incidents in high-risk areas. + Maintains documentation on identified trends and sentinel events, referring to the appropriate committee, manager, or individual for follow-up. + Participates in Risk Management education for new employees, current personnel, and providers to enhance attention to prevention of potential hazards. + Coordinates, chairs, or facilitates RCA (root cause analysis) for serious risk or harm events. + Reviews records and documentation for potentially compensable events, reporting liability claims to administration for establishing adequate loss reserves. + Investigates accidents and incidents, gathering information, sequestering equipment, and securing records. + Coordinates the legal process for scheduling statements, depositions, and trial appearances in response to employee subpoenas regarding liability cases. + Other duties as assigned. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Ability to develop and provide education to a mixed variety of clinical and non-clinical staff as well as leadership. [Required] + Competent in use of standard computer and typing skills, and electronic medical record software.
