Skilled and Ready Subcontractor - Bath Installer Wanted!

We're Calm Water & Bath – a leader in the residential remodeling field. We're calling on dependable, hands-on professionals in Cherry Hill Township, NJ to step into a dynamic role supporting efficient, high-quality bath installations.

Job Covers: All of South Jersey (Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, etc.)

Pay: You'll earn 8% - 10% of completed job revenue for an earning potential of $200,000 - $250,000/year

Schedule: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, with overtime available on the weekends

If you do your best in this contract position and contribute to amazing results, you could potentially move into a W2 position after 6 months with us! YOUR ROLE AS A SUBCONTRACTOR - BATH INSTALLER:

• Completing one-day home bathroom installations throughout South Jersey
• Working safely in the wet area
• Following our step-by-step process to perform exceptional work up to our standards
• Treating homeowners respectfully, answering any questions, and ensuring their satisfaction

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Sprinter van or similar work vehicle
• Ability to bring your own tools
• Positive mindset and a motivation to do your best

Preferred

• Experience working in the wet area (showers, pools, roofs, etc.)
