Digital Marketing Specialist (Experience Required)

Salary: $20.00-$26.00 DOE

Job description

• Assist clients in achieving their monthly digital marketing budget and goals
• Review established budget with client (quarterly); break down budget into daily/weekly goals
• Complete strategy document and ensure each account is aligned
• Ensure campaign uses established spend efficiently and effectively
• Ensure client priorities are being optimized
• Engage in effective client communication
• Hold weekly calls with new customers (within the first 90 days); text and email as appropriate
• Schedule monthly client calls; write personal comments in automated report (emailed to client on the 10th of month)
• Onboard new clients
• Discuss company goals; get to know client and services provided; identify target markets and audiences; establish monthly budget, gather information for call tracking and conversion setup, discuss access to website/analytics/google tag manager etc.
• Report back when account is live
• Schedule first report call to teach client about account (terms, etc.)
• Hold monthly report calls to review metrics and performance/lead quality
• Hold new campaign strategy calls (as needed) to troubleshoot or develop new marketing strategy
• Respond to ongoing client emails, texts, and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Perform work efficiently and profitably
• Schedule time effectively to perform health checks, account ops, and new account build-outs and campaigns
• Build or change ads, ad groups, keywords, and bid adjustments
• Manage allotted time per client account budget; adjust for pod meetings, activities, etc.
• Prioritize the accounts that need more attention
• Track all communication and changes to client accounts.
