Job Description

Make Your Work Matter Every Day

Are you ready to stop coming to work just to do a job?

What if you could come to work knowing that your time, energy, and passion are helping young adults successfully transition out of foster care foster to independent adulthood? By providing critical guidance and connections to community resources, this position plays a vital role in changing the trajectory of a young person's life.

At FosterAdopt Connect, we're building something bigger than ourselves. Every day, our team works alongside children, youth, and families navigating the challenges of the child welfare system. For more than 25 years, we've been leading innovative, family-centered solutions across Kansas and Missouri, helping create brighter futures for children and stronger communities for everyone. We believe meaningful work should also be inspiring work. That's why we've built a culture that is collaborative, supportive, diverse, and mission-driven. Here, your ideas matter, your growth is encouraged, and your impact is visible.

If you're looking for a career where you can see the difference you make in the lives of people every day, we'd love to meet you.

Why Join FosterAdopt Connect?

  • Be part of a passionate team committed to helping young adults build stability, confidence, and hope.
  • Work for an innovative organization that values creativity, inclusion, and professional growth.
  • Join a mission that changes lives—one child, one parent, and one family at a time.
