Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Recent knee replacement surgery, uses a walker but is a fall risk Heart and kidney failure so tires easily Beginning of dementia so gets lost on his computer and phone Usually sleeps in Salt restriction which he hates About the care needs: Someone with patience, basic computer/cell phone knowledge (how to connect to internet, iPhone knowledge how to open messages, do an internet search) ability to help him get up if he falls. Basic cooking skills and cooking with salt restrictions. Ability to transport him to appointments. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
