Office Administrator

The Office Administrator plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of the office by managing a variety of administrative tasks. This position involves independent work as well as collaboration within a small team, supporting general office functions using traditional office software. Daily travel may be required to facilitate coordination and communication in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Perform accurate and timely data entry
• Manage and organize files and records

• 2+ years experience in office administration
