Our client is seeking a customer-focused and highly organized Customer Solutions Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and coordinating solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer requests, track issues to resolution, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate results.

The Customer Solutions Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer interactions through phone, email, and other communication channels, documenting customer concerns, maintaining accurate records, and providing updates throughout the resolution process.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2+ years of customer service, customer support, account coordination, or administrative experience
  • Must have Data Entry score of 60 wpm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer databases preferred


Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation: $17.00/hour
