Customer Service Agents MCI Airport

We are seeking qualified personnel to fill positions in a top-rated car Rental Company. EDS Service Solutions staffs for car rental companies around the United States. We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic Greeters to join our team.

Pay rate: $18.00 hourly / Weekly pay

Location: MCI Airport

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers as they arrive, providing a friendly and engaging first impression.
• Helping customers find their Rental Car on lot
• Help customers find exits
• Provide excellent service and professionalism to our customers
• Transport vehicles within the site
• Perform safe driving practices and have the ability to follow verbal directions
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills

Greeting customers, guiding them to exits, and answering any questions they may have

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years
• Weekend availability
• A helpful attitude with a willingness to assist guests in any way possible.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer relations and satisfaction.
