We are hiring a BCBA for a few cases in the Central Jersey area who is looking to work at least 15-25 hours/week with the possibility of more hours:

  • Direct Supervision Hours:
    • Monday-Friday - 8:00am-7:00pm.
    • Treatment Planning hours are done when not actively in session.
      • This involves developing behavior plans, creating and adding programs/goals, etc. for the case.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required:
    • BCBA License/Certification
    • Completed Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis
    • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances/fingerprinting
    • Have access to a working cell phone, tablet, and/or laptop for data collection
    • Ability to take on more than 2 cases/clients
    • Possess a driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance for driving to clients.
  • Preferred:
    • Be able to supervise student BCBAs to assist with their supervision hours
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - spoken and written.
    • Ability to conduct peer reviews with insurance when necessary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of behaviorally-based skills assessment and the implementation and monitoring of measurable goals.

    • Oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of Behavior PlansIncludes functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments and treatment evaluations.

  • Engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
  • Identify training needs of program staff members and develop and conduct those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.
  • Conduct team screening evaluations and intake assessments.
  • Provide supervision and training for ABA therapists
  • Provide parent training to families
