Field Sales Representative

The Field Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth through effective customer acquisition and relationship management. This individual operates as an integral part of the sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager and Regional Director, and is responsible for managing their territory, delivering product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. The role demands regular travel to meet clients and gather market insights while maintaining strong communication and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers by identifying and engaging potential clients
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively
• Generate and qualify leads within the assigned territory
• Manage territory schedules and maintain customer relationships
• Document sales activities and prepare regular reports
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve offerings

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in construction sales or construction trade
• Knowledge of construction for remodels and new construction
