Warehouse Worker

Job Summary

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for receiving shipments, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and shipping paint and related products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while ensuring 100% order accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Perform inventory counts of packaging materials and assist with batch tracking.
• Program label and inkjet printers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse, picking/packing, or distribution experience.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, or other powered industrial equipment.
