Automotive Warranty Claims Technician

If you have a solid background in automotive mechanics and strong administrative skills, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a skilled Automotive Warranty Claims Technician in the Carrollton, TX area to take charge of processing and managing warranty claims in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for opening, filing, and tracking claims, handling call volume, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on pending cases. You’ll also use your automotive knowledge to review and diagnose engine and transmission issues, working closely with technicians and managers to capture all necessary details.

Requirements:

Hours: Monday to Friday, full time hours

Benefits:

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 / Hourly
