Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide administrative support.
  • Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Enter data, maintain filing systems, and organize office documents.
  • Assist with purchase orders, vendor communication, and inventory tracking.
  • Support inventory cycle counts and recordkeeping.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and direct requests appropriately.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, and financial information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, accounting support, or a related role preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
