Burn Boot Camp is hiring a Director of Fitness to lead our coaching team, deliver elite workouts, and help grow a high-energy fitness community.
This is a full-time leadership role, not just a coaching position.
What You'll Do
- Train 20–25 camps per week
- Lead and develop the training team
- Ensure high standards for workouts and member experience
- Support social media and community marketing
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings
- Help drive membership growth and retention
Who We're Looking For
- High-energy leader who loves fitness and people
- Strong communicator and team motivator
- Organized, reliable, and growth-minded
- Coaching or fitness experience preferred (leadership mindset required)
