We operate two beautiful, intimate Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) right here in Norco, located less than a mile apart (one 29-bed home and one 15-bed home). Our smaller, boutique setting means you actually get to know your residents, work in a lower-stress environment, and truly make a difference every single day.

What You Will Do

As a Caregiver at Crest Home, you are the heart of our community. You will help our vibrant residents (ages 60+) live comfortable, independent, and dignified lives by:

• Personalized Care: Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility).

• Vigilance & Safety: Monitoring resident well-being and reporting any changes to the supervisor.

• Nutritional Support: Helping serve delicious meals and ensuring a warm, inviting dining experience.

• Companionship: Engaging with residents through daily activities, meaningful conversation, and laughter.

• Environment: Maintaining a clean, safe, and uplifting environment following standard care guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

• Heart: A genuine passion for working with the elderly community (60+).

• Clearance: Ability to pass a standard Live Scan background check (DOJ/FBI) and a physical/TB test.

• Reliability: Reliable transportation to report to our Norco locations, a strong work ethic, and great communication skills.
