We are hiring Class A and Class B CDL Drivers for a dedicated local route position based in Dodge City, KS. This position involves delivering products to stores and drop box locations within a 200-mile radius of Dodge City while assisting with loading and unloading freight.

Compensation & Benefits

✅ Guaranteed Minimum Pay of $1,650 Per Week

Job Details

✅ Home daily

✅ Monday through Friday schedule

✅ Saturday afternoon/evening through Monday evening off for reset

✅ Typical start times between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM

✅ Average 40 hours per week

✅ Average 9–10 hour workdays

✅ Operate within 200 miles of Dodge City, KS

✅ Deliver to both stores and drop box locations

✅ 26-foot straight trucks and panel vans

✅ Governed at 65 MPH

Freight

✅ Mix of forklift and hand loading/unloading

✅ Daily dock work required

✅ Driver unload position

✅ Batteries and small package deliveries

✅ Team loading and unloading environment

Requirements

✅ Valid Class A or Class B CDL

✅ Minimum 12 months of recent driving experience

✅ Minimum 6 months of verified Class B truck driving experience within the last 3 years

✅ Forklift certification preferred (training available)

✅ Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally

✅ Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Additional Information

✅ 90% nighttime driving

✅ No pets or passengers permitted

✅ Drivers must be capable of hand-unloading products

✅ Drivers may occasionally utilize their full 14-hour clock

✅ Onsite parking provided
