Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Hours: Full-Time
The Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Maintenance Technicians must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks. Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
Job Duties:
· Will be responsible for make readies and work orders.
· Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting and dry wall repairs.
· HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance, certification a plus but not required.
· Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
