We are currently seeking a dedicated Legal Intake & Onboarding Specialist to join our team and assist us in providing essential support to our clients during their difficult times.
Responsibilities:
You will play a crucial role in our firm's mission to support victims of various forms of victimization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls onsite with professionalism and empathy.
- Onboarding new clients, ensuring their understanding of our processes and services.
- Engaging in chat, SMS messaging, mail, and email communications with clients to provide timely information and updates.
- Collecting and meticulously documenting evidence and relevant information from clients.
- Assisting in filling out legal forms and documents under the guidance of our legal team.
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient case management.
- Collaborating with our legal professionals to ensure accurate and comprehensive client support.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity when handling client cases.
- Performing additional duties as required by the firm to support our clients' needs.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and patience, especially when working with clients who have experienced trauma.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to handle emotionally charged conversations with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when documenting evidence and information.
- Proficiency in using call center software and other relevant tools.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- The capacity to work independently while adhering to team goals and objectives.
