Redvanly, a luxury golf and performance apparel brand, is seeking experienced Sales Associates for our new Highland Park, Illinois location. 

Our team members are the face of the brand. We are looking for individuals who embody the Redvanly lifestyle, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build meaningful relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class luxury retail experience.

• Build genuine relationships with customers and foster brand loyalty.

• Educate customers about products, fabrics, and brand story.

• Support sales goals and client engagement initiatives.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.

• Assist with opening, closing, POS transactions, and daily operations.

• Support inventory organization and store maintenance.

• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury retail or premium customer service experience preferred.

• Interest in golf, racquet sports, athletics, or luxury lifestyle brands.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Professional, accountable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Shopify and Excel experience is a plus.

• Country club, golf, or luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
