This role supports the Los Angeles entrepreneurial community directly, as well as a number of virtual clients across the country. Our clients are business leaders, and when we help them run their companies more effectively, that shows up in real ways: more stable jobs, better workplaces, and healthier businesses across the community. 


The Client Experience Manager is a hybrid Administrative, Concierge, and Hospitality role serving two EOS Implementers. You'll own the client experience end to end, and you'll also work as an extension of both Implementers, helping them serve their clients well. 


One Implementer works primarily in person, so a large part of this role is hands-on hospitality and hosting. The other Implementer's practice is fully virtual, which calls for a different skill: building trust with clients over email and phone, responding quickly and thoughtfully, and knowing when to loop the Implementer in directly. Both sides of the role matter equally

Client Experience Manager Accountabilities:

The client Experience Manager is accountable for the following areas:


Guest Concierge

  • Guest visit planning
  • Onsite host for all guest needs


Facilities/Supplies

  • Maintain facility operations and cleanliness
  • Maintain levels of stocked supplies


F&B Service

  • Order/Maintain supply of food and beverage
  • Menu preparation/Seasonal Specialties
  • Drink Preparation (Coffee and Cocktails)
  • Food presentation and service


Administration

  • Email support
  • Session support
  • Calendar support
  • Social Media/Marketing Support
  • Special Projects

  1. Has flexibility in schedule which may shift on a weekly basis.
  2. Ability to run errands from time to time. A valid drivers license and car is required.
  3. Available to work in the downtown Los Angeles Arts District area an average of 3 days per week, the remainder of the work being performed remotely.


Desirable Experience:

  1. Past experience supporting a business leader.
  2. Past work experience in the hospitality industry (front or back of house).
  3. Past experience working in a company running on EOS.
  4. Past experience Claude Cowork or a similar AI.

Typical Schedule:

Revolving schedule Monday - Friday between the hours of 8AM and 6PM. This job will be between 30-40 hours a week.
