About who needs care: - Congestive heart failure - Dementia - Daily church attendance 830-930a - Bi-weekly/monthly doctor's appt - Weekly grocery runs About the care needs: He is chatty with company and has a lot of friends locally. No specific hobbies, but enjoys his church community and watching news/wholesome shows. Highly independent, but currently not able to drive on his own. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
