Our client, a leading supply chain and logistics organization, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join their team.  As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Office department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Middletown, NY

Pay Range: $19.00/hr

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
 

What's the Job?

  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
  • Provide detailed product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Check inventory levels across multiple locations to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries using company vehicles or arrange drop-shipment directly to customers nationwide.
  • Maintain clear communication with warehouse teams and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or order processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using phone, email, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp for customer communication.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and logistics coordination is advantageous.
