About the Role:
Join RADIANT CHANGE BEHAVIORAL SERVICES as a Registered Behavioral Technician in the beautiful Pierce County, WA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives while working in a supportive and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct one-on-one support to clients in various settings.
- Monitor and record client progress and behaviors accurately.
- Assist in developing and modifying behavior intervention strategies.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote learning and growth.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members regarding client progress.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Behavioral Technician or Certified Behavioral Technician.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
