Job Overview
Grace Care Homes is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Intake & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is NOT simply a social media posting position. We are seeking someone who enjoys talking to people, building professional relationships, generating leads, following up consistently, and helping connect individuals and families with appropriate residential care options.
The ideal candidate is comfortable picking up the phone, introducing our services, developing referral relationships, following leads through the intake process, and helping turn qualified inquiries into scheduled tours and new resident admissions. This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our organization expands.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and new resident opportunities
- Develop relationships with hospitals, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, placement professionals, community organizations, and other referral sources
- Conduct outbound calls and professional outreach
- Follow up consistently with potential clients, families, and referral partners
- Respond to new inquiries and assist with the initial intake process
- Gather preliminary client and placement information
- Schedule and coordinate tours
- Maintain an organized lead and referral tracking system
- Follow leads from initial contact through the placement process
- Attend networking and community outreach opportunities when needed
- Represent Grace Care Homes professionally in the community
- Assist with marketing initiatives that directly support lead generation and resident growth
- Provide regular updates regarding outreach activity, leads, follow-ups, and results

Healthcare, senior living, home care, residential care, admissions, intake, case management, community outreach, marketing, sales, or business development experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
