DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position leads major efforts that guide the development and success of statewide violence prevention and intervention programs. It supports communities by strengthening programs that reduce harm and improve safety. As a Program Analyst 4, you will perform the following duties:
- Program Leadership: Guide the planning, coordination, and oversight of the Violence Intervention and Prevention (VIP) program and the Building Opportunities through Out-of-School Time (BOOST) initiative
- Grant Oversight: Manage the administration, monitoring, and evaluation of grant-funded projects
- Policy Development: Shape policies, criteria, and recommendations that improve program effectiveness
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with committees, agencies, and partners to align goals and share information
- Data and Evaluation: Oversee data collection, analysis, reporting, and evaluation activities
- Staff Supervision: Lead and support staff responsible for program operations and performance

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Program Analyst 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Four years of analytical experience, three of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
