What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Load/unload materials and assist with packaging
- Perform quality checks
- Support machine operators and complete documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Training & Schedule
- Train on 1st shift (7 AM-3 PM)
- Move to 3rd shift (11 PM-7 AM) after training
- Saturday overtime scheduled in advance
What You Bring
- Some manufacturing or industrial experience
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
- Basic math and attention to detail
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Willing to work 3rd shift and overtime
- Stable work history-1+ year with the same employer
- Reliable, safetyfocused, teamoriented mindset
Pay & Benefits
- $20.00-$23.40/hr based on experience
- +$2/hr 3rdshift premium
- Time and a half after 40 hrs; double time after 48 hrs
- Vacation + 11 paid holidays

- Quarterly profitsharing: avg. $6,000-$10,000 annually
