Our Adult Day Health Center in Dorchester, is looking for a dedicated Supervisor of Health Services to provide clinical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care for our participants. Working alongside a passionate interdisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in delivering compassionate, person-centered services while building your leadership experience in a rewarding healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
- Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN)
- Two years of nursing management or supervisory experience
- Two years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
