🔧 What You’ll Do (Your Impact)- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment issues quickly and effectively
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Work hands-on with motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and automated systems
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, PLCs, sensors, and drives
- Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Complete work orders and track maintenance data in the system
- Perform inspections to identify and resolve issues before failures occur
- Support and enforce safety standards (OSHA, lockout/tagout, NEC compliance)
- Assist with installs, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
Core Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting ability (mechanical & electrical) — this is critical
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Ability to quickly identify root causes and execute lasting repairs
- Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment

- Welding, fabrication, or machine shop experience

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Sterling, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the execution of the facility’s equipment maintenance process. The primary objective of this position is to improve and sustain the value of Company assets while increasing reliability and lowering operating costs. They work to enable the successful operation of Company equipment so that the facility can meet production requirements.
