The site operates on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with multiple 12-hour shifts: day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with alternating on/off days across the week. Work is physically active and performed mostly on your feet, involving standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, climbing steps, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
