Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity is perfect for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a part-time assignment (10-15 hours per week) for the entire 2026/2027 school year. Starting August 13th, 2026 and concluding on June 4th, 2027, you’ll provide essential speech services in a very small school district, fostering supportive relationships while helping children thrive.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Previous experience with pediatric populations, ideally in elementary or K-8 settings
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students, primarily within the K-8 grade range
- Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings/evaluations
- Develop and manage individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track measurable progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Work collaboratively with teachers and parents to support student goals
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as required
