Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the relevant state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience or interest in school-based SLP services
  • Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms or providing virtual services when needed
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
  • Adapt therapeutic approaches to suit on-site or virtual delivery, as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth
