Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or teacher’s aide, particularly in special education settings
• Familiarity with academic support strategies and classroom management techniques
• Understanding of behavioral intervention plans and positive reinforcement methods

Primary Responsibilities:
