If you have experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts, working with RF scanners, and handling warehouse inventory, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable team with a consistent 1st shift schedule.

📦 What You'll Be Doing

• Pick, package, and prepare materials, parts, and products for shipment
• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts
• Use RF scan guns to track inventory and verify orders
• Retrieve and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Read production and shipping schedules to prioritize work
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Stage, organize, and prepare shipments for customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and standards

🎯 What We're Looking ForRequired Experience

• 2+ years of stand-up forklift experience
• 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience
• 2+ years of RF scan gun experience
• Experience as a:
  • Material Handler
  • Warehouse Associate
  • Order Selector
  • Picker
  • Forklift Operator
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Blueprint reading experience
• Experience using calipers and gauges
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.75/hr.
