This position invites Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide essential 1:1 assistance to behavioral students during before and after school hours. The role spans from August 11, 2026, through June 3, 2027, offering a structured schedule near Carlsbad, CA.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Current RBT certification
• Previous experience in school settings or behavioral, special education, or RBT roles
• Confidence working 1:1 with students managing behavioral challenges
• Willingness to assist with toileting and support a behavioral caseload
• Dependability and adaptability with early morning and afternoon hours

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver direct 1:1 support to behavioral students, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
• Collaborate with school professionals to implement Individualized Educational Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Participate in ELOP activities, promoting engagement and social success before and after school
• Provide attentive care, including personal support where needed
• Maintain accurate records and communication regarding student progress

• Morning Shift: 6:30 AM–8:00 AM
• Afternoon Shifts: Monday 1:00 PM–6:00 PM, Tuesday–Friday 2:18 PM–6:00 PM
