Position: PCA/Personal Care Assistant
Location: Malvern, PA
Hourly Wage: $20-25/hour based on experience

Position Details:

• Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Student Support: Provide assistance to special education students with daily tasks and activities, promoting daily success.
• Classroom Support: Aid the teacher in maintaining an organized, positive, and effective classroom environment.
• Monitor Progress: Track and assess student progress, provided updates to necessary staff.
• Promote Inclusion: Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where all students feel respected, valued, and actively engaged.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience working with behaviors preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to assist and support students with special needs
