Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or similar educational support role

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications highly valued)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management and instructional support
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed
• Implement strategies to help students reach academic and behavioral goals
• Assist with preparation of classroom materials and organization of activities
• Monitor classroom routines and contribute to a positive learning environment
• Foster an inclusive, respectful atmosphere conducive to learning
