Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency to effectively support diverse student populations
  • Experience working 1:1 with pediatric students in educational settings

  • Ability to adapt and communicate with students, educators, and families
  • Commitment to confidentiality, student safety, and individualized instruction
  • Willingness to work on-site within school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized, one-on-one assistance to assigned students, adapting to specific educational and behavioral needs
  • Support classroom teachers with lesson implementation, activities, and accommodations to ensure student engagement
  • Monitor and report on student progress, participating in team meetings as needed
  • Encourage a positive, inclusive environment, reinforcing social-emotional growth and self-advocacy
  • Assist with daily routines, transitions, and communication to build student independence
