Classroom Assistant | Everett, Washington

Step into a meaningful role supporting an elementary student in a short-term, 1:1 contract position near Everett, WA. Beginning June 8th and continuing through June 18th, you’ll work closely with a male student, making a visible difference each day as you help foster academic and social growth. This assignment offers a consistent weekday (Monday–Friday) schedule, with 30 hours per week, just in time to kickstart your summer.

Qualifications:

• Required credentials/certifications to work as a Paraprofessional in Washington State
• Experience working with elementary-age children in educational settings preferred
• Ability to develop rapport and build trust in a 1:1 support role
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for supporting diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, individualized academic and behavioral assistance to a male elementary student
• Collaborate closely with teaching and support staff to implement student learning plans
• Support daily routines, encourage positive social interactions, and model appropriate behavior
• Monitor and document student progress, communicating updates as needed
• Help facilitate an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
