Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful school-based opportunity supporting K-12 students for the upcoming academic year. This contract position offers the chance to provide high-quality speech-language therapy services across two welcoming school sites. You'll manage a dynamic caseload of 75-85 students and play a pivotal role in fostering communication skills crucial to each student’s growth.

Your schedule will run Monday through Friday, for a total of 40 hours per week, beginning July 31, 2026 and wrapping up at the close of the school year on May 31, 2027. Beyond direct therapy, those with CCC’s may have the chance to supervise SLPAs, broadening your professional impact.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Indiana DOE SLP licensure (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, especially if interested in SLPA supervision
  • Experience with or a strong interest in serving a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Familiarity with school-based evaluation, IEP development, and collaborative consultation
  • Excellent communication skills with students, family members, and staff
  • Commitment to evidence-based intervention and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Complete thorough assessments and contribute to IEP planning and meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related services staff to support student progress
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
  • Potential SLPA supervision responsibilities (if CCC’s held)

This is a fulfilling chance to work closely with students at two different sites, make meaningful connections, and see the growth that your expertise facilitates throughout the academic year.

Interviews are being scheduled immediately. Step into a school-centered role where your skills make a difference and your expertise is valued every day. Submit your application today to secure your spot for the upcoming school year!
