• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Paraeducator, particularly in school settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families

• Adaptability to changing student needs and a willingness to learn new strategies

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a 7th grade student, providing academic and behavioral support throughout the school day
• Implement instructional activities as directed by classroom teachers or special education staff
• Assist with classroom tasks and facilitate student participation in lessons and activities
• Encourage independence while delivering personalized guidance as needed
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes the student’s growth and self-confidence
• Maintain documentation and report on student progress as required
