This contract role focuses on providing 1:1 assistance for behavioral health students, helping them thrive in the school environment. The assignment runs from August 11, 2026, to June 3, 2027, offering meaningful work over the academic year.

Morning hours are 6:30 AM–8:00 AM, while afternoon shifts run 1:00 PM–6:00 PM on Mondays, and 2:18 PM–6:00 PM Tuesday through Friday. Key qualifications:

• Prior experience in schools, behavioral health, or special education environments
• Comfortable with a 1:1 behavioral caseload
• Ability to assist with toileting needs, showing compassion and professionalism

Role responsibilities:

• Provide individual support to students with behavioral needs before and after school
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment during ELOP programming
• Implement behavior intervention strategies under guidance from educational staff
• Assist with basic self-care, including toileting, as required
• Document daily activities and student progress for team review
• Work closely with fellow staff and families to promote student success
