Step into a meaningful opportunity supporting students as a full-time paraprofessional. This contract position offers 32.5 hours per week and an immediate start, running through the end of the current school year. In this role, you’ll provide essential academic and behavioral support, making a real difference in the success of students who are primarily included in the general education setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in an educational support position is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to assist with academic instruction and implement behavior management strategies
• Patient, compassionate, and eager to foster student growth
• Effective communicator with both students and teachers
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and adapt to changing classroom needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce lessons and provide guidance
• Support classroom instruction under the direction of certified teachers
• Encourage student engagement and positive behaviors
• Assist with classroom organization and preparation of learning materials
• Implement individualized education and behavioral plans as needed
