Job Title: Mineral Bagger Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Operator to join our team in a dynamic and challenging manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will manage the preparation and handling of shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations.
Shift: 1st: 7am to 7pm MUST be open to working OT- 60 hrs/week
3rd: 7pm to 7am MUST be open to working OT- 60 hrs/week
Pay: 18.90/hr
Responsibilities
- Set up bagger for proper weights based on specific order requirements.
- Operate stretch wrap machine to secure product packaging.
- Mark bags with product and lot numbers accurately.
- Complete and maintain proper documentation for all shipments.
Essential Skills
- Experience in general labor, manual labor, loading, unloading, and production.
- Proficient in operating a forklift and machine operation.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry materials up to 55lbs regularly.
- Capability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb up to 70 feet.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable standing for 12+ hours a day.
- Experience as a production worker or loader.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.
