Full-service firm in Downtown Seattle looking to add an experienced employment litigator to their team. The firm represents both public and private clients in a wide range of employment matters. This is an opportunity to grow your career and join a well-established and reputable practice.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handle a broad range of management-side employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, restrictive covenant, trade secret, and leave-related disputes.
  • Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, administrative agency matters, and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Draft and argue motions and oversee discovery strategy.
  • Conduct workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, ethics violations, and related issues.
  • Advise clients on employment agreements, severance packages, policy drafting, and employment law compliance.

Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000 with objective and subjective bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage; flexible paid time off; life and short-term disability insurance; 401(k) with profit sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of employment litigation experience.
  • Experience in state and federal court proceedings, administrative agency matters, and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Active Washington State bar license.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Experience drafting motions, managing discovery, and taking and defending depositions.
