- Comfort working from detailed engineering documentation and collaborating with engineering and fabrication teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to custom and one-off fabrication projects.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in welding and fabrication practices.
You will join a mission-driven organization that combines innovative biotech and engineering solutions in a collaborative, small-company environment. The team culture encourages cross-functional learning, exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and opportunities to broaden your skills beyond day-to-day welding. You can expect a supportive atmosphere where your craftsmanship is valued and your professional growth is a priority.
