We are seeking a dedicated individual to perform a variety of tasks within an industrial manufacturing environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of high-quality precast concrete products.
Responsibilities
- Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
- Cut, bend, place, tie, and weld steel rebar.
- Prepare steel cages for filling with concrete.
- Perform facility maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Experience with hand tools and tape measures.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction prints.
- Proficiency in general labor and production tasks.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
- Capability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.
- Familiarity with tools such as impact guns, hammers, scrapers, pliers, and tape measures.

Work Environment
This role is based in an indoor/outdoor facility with no temperature control. Candidates should be comfortable in a dirtier work environment and wear steel toe shoes. The shift runs Monday to Friday, from 5:00am to 1:30pm, with potential for 8-11 hour workdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
